Sefton  end up 3rd, a great Centenary Season,
thanks to all players and officials, coach Garry, Captain Tom,
as we look forward to next season, a brief rest, the tour, club 7's
BBQ and presentation on the 7th June, a brand new out of the box Colts
Team, even more players, more rugby, and lots more fun. pres.

Sefton arrived at a damp Hoylake with six teams ready for a great day of Rugby, While Sefton Club Hosted the Lancashire Cup Finals (Well most of them!)

Sefton cement their position at the top of South Lancashire and Cheshire division2 with a win against Oswestry, 15-12, a win is a win as they say,
with the Colts of 1981 reunion in full swing, beer, singing, drunken floodlit rugby, and the "last man standing" Mark
Tyms the only active Sefton player
from the Colts of 81, and 'Man of the Match' all made for an excellent evening.

Sefton 1st team, at home to Dukinfield Saturday 8th, saw a Mark Tyms try in the last
minute, to give Sefton first league win if the year. Well done guys.


Presentation Day sees "awards for all", with the rain on and off the BBQ (old smoky) in full swing, we managed to have a great day,
congratulations to Owen Sefton Gunners Player of the Year, and to all the other medallists, everyone had a ball.

winning the Pennington Cup, Lancashire Captain receives the Pennington Cup from Olwyn Pennington, and our own
