Senior training sessions Tuesday 7:00pm Juniors Thursdays 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Training 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. all year non stop, Summer Rugby League
Pre season training from July until September
Pre season warm-up games late August
Season starts September
Junior rugby training free throughout the year see "Gunners"
