Another big win for the Gunners

Gunners present coaches with tankards, they know our needs well, a great surprise and much appreciated,
Many thanks from the Gunners Coaches, a fantastic gesture.

The invasion started on Friday evening, landing on the beach we soon found our transport and fled to Ramsey were we dug in for the night. after only moments at our new location we found the local girls and the fun began.

An early night was called for as Saturday was to see us on our first mission.

Take aim, fire.   Athletics on the monkey bars, and a close up of one participant, such commitment!

River crossing was rough.

Chaos on the water, why did we bother with the kayaks we didn't really use them.

Attention not detention

Big trouble in the kitchen, it took two cooks and a chef to keep these two apart in the big peel off final.
The result, top quality cuisine for all, and seconds for many, thirds for a few.... plus supper.
Thanks to our chief chef for keeping a lid on thing in the kitchen an putting up with too many cooks.



A quick dip to freshen up and we where ready for the evenings entertainment.

X Factor Final

Stu compered the six contested show.

The warm up act started things going.......... then the real show began......

Top performances from all of our artists, with winner Ben commanding the audience

An hour of top stand-up from our resident comedian transfixed the audience.

Bob Dylan called in to cool things right down, but was soon thrown off the stage.

Sunday

A morning full of team building activities sees the gunners having to think!

This proved too much for some, inducing coma.
Each year we catch kippers at the Isle of Man but we seem to catch the same one each year.
We'll have to stop throwing him back in.

Well done all, another fantastic trip, enjoyed by all, players, parents and coaches alike.

It's all over, and yet the journey has just begun, see you Thursday when we carry on......
